The structure of the Trust is depicted in the chart above. It is mainly dictated by the Articles of Association that requires five Members of the Trust and a Board of Trustees (up to a maximum of 15), who are accountable to the the Members. Please note that Trustees were previously referred to as Directors in the infancy of conversion to a trust.

The aim of the management structure is to remain as ‘flat’ as possible and devolve responsibility and encourage involvement in decision making at all levels.
